Audience

All levels of transit managers and supervisors and other individuals involved in collision investigation policies and procedures, as well as on-scene investigation and follow-up reporting of transit bus collisions; trainers of bus operators.

Description

This course includes basic investigation tools and techniques relating to data collection, on-scene evidence documentation, damage and debris, evidence analysis, witness interview techniques, computation of simple speed estimates, and report writing. This course requires working knowledge of basic high school algebra and involves homework assignments.
